Communications

This role was my introduction to the importance of communications, with one of my main tasks being to balance promotion with more general communication.

In this role, I have showcased my personable apporach to promotion, often highlighting staff stories on social media.

​

I have also learnt subtle ways to alter copy to make posts more engaging and improve interactions.

Strategy

It's within this role that I discovered the importance of promoting the people within the company, as well as the company itself. 

​

As a finanical advice business, it became apparent to me that the element of trust was incredibly important. 

​

One of the campaigns I ideated was highlighting the pets behind the staff members, with this receiving over 500 interactions across Facebook.

Management

In 2023, Francis Wealth Management started sponsoring Leiston Town Football Club. 

​

As part of this, I was asked to create a number of different banner designs that would be displayed within the ground.

​

I created advertising hoardings and a large banner to sit on the newly sponsored dugout.

​

This is one of the biggest projects I've worked on so far and taught me a lot about promoting a brand in this way.

Analytics

I first delved into the world of social media analytics at Francis Wealth Management and now consider myself to be very skilled in this field. 

​

I now understand how to correctly read and present data, reflecting on wins and areas of improvement.

​

Whilst I used mainly in-app analytics tools in order to do this, I do have a broader understanding of other analytics tools such as GA and IO.
